3/4 cup white flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons dry milk powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon shredded lemon peel or juice
Mix wet ingredients together, mix dry ingredients together. Add wet to dry. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
Testing comment: Great after school snack.
