2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups buttermilk (milk and lemon juice)
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil or melted butter
Testing comments: Good flavor. It's somewhat crunchier than stone ground flour. It seemed very nutritional. Next time I try it, I will probably use brown sugar.
