1/2 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
1/2 onion, diced
1 rib of celery, diced
1/4 cup rice
5 cups water
2 cups tomato juice
1 1/2 green peppers, chopped
3/4 cup chili sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon salt
Put in kettle and bring to a boil, turn down heat and simmer till rice is done.
