1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate
1 medium banana
2 1/2 cups ice water
3 tablespoons dry milk
1 tablespoons sugar or honey
Put in blender and blend until foamy. Try this nutritious drink for breakfast or as a great summertime snack. Serves 4.
