3 cups dry milk powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 quarts water
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Chill. Serves 6.
