1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, with juice
1 medium banana
1 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons dry milk powder
1 cup water
crushed ice
mint (optional)
Chill all ingredients thoroughly. Blend undrained pineapple for 2 minutes. Add banana and blend until smooth. Blend in milk, then orange juice. Pour over ice. May garnish with mint.
Testing comment: A very refreshing shake.
