1 1/2 cups oats
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup oil
Mix dry ingredients into a bowl. Stir in oil and water. Let sit 5 minutes. Roll dough 1/8" thick on a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Score. Bake at 325°F for 20-25 minutes.
