Pinto-Peanut Cookies

2 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup mashed pinto beans
1 egg
1-1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

Cream butter and peanut butter until soft. Gradually add brown and white sugar and cream until smooth. Add beans and egg. Sift flour and baking soda into creamed mixture. Chill dough thoroughly. Roll on floured board. Cut into shapes. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 10-13 minutes.
