Cookie Salad

2 cups vanilla pudding mix
4 cups water
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 can (15 oz.) pineapple tidbits
1 package fudge striped cookies

Mix water and pudding. Add Cool Whip. Drain fruit, and add to pudding mixture. Refrigerate. When ready to serve, break up cookies and mix them with the pudding.

Testing comment: Quick and easy and very good.
