1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup water
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
poly flake glitter
Mix all but the glitter in a pan.
Constantly stir over low heat until thickened,
and it pulls away from the pan.
Knead the dough until smooth.
Add the glitter until it sparkles like snow.
Keep in an airtight container.
