Dinner Rolls, Breadsticks, Sweet Rolls

1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 tablespoon yeast
1/3 cup sugar (for cinnamon rolls increase sugar to 2/3 cup)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
3 3/4 cups flour

Heat 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup butter until butter is melted. Set aside and cool to lukewarm. Mix 1 tablespoon yeast, 1/3 cup sugar, and 3 tablespoon warm water; set aside to let yeast soften. To softened yeast, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 eggs, and cooled milk mixture. Mix with electric mixer. To this add 2 cups flour; beat until smooth. Add 1 cup more flour; beat with mixer, then add last 3/4 cup flour and stir in with wooden spoon. Dough will be sticky. Cover and let raise 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Put dough on floured board and knead a few times. Divide in half; roll each half into a circle. Cut into shapes. Place on a a greased cookie sheet; cover and raise 1 1/2 to 2 hours more. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 30 rolls.
