2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup oil
2 tablespoons honey or sugar
1 teaspoon soda
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
Mix and drop by spoonfuls on hot griddle.
Testing comment: Results are thin, fairly light pancakes.
