Whole Wheat Muffins

1 beaten egg
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon oil
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder

Combine beaten egg, milk, sugar, and oil. Add flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir only until flour mixture is absorbed. Bake in greased muffin tins 20-30 minutes at 375 to 400 degrees.

Testing Comment: It had a good taste. Is easy if wheat is already ground.
